Darlene Chrissley, MCC
Darlene Chrissley is a creative being and master certified coach.
Over the past twelve years she has coached hundreds of people, from all walks of life, on three continents. Her corporate clients come from health care, government, banking, media, IT and manufacturing. Private clients include entrepreneurs, artists and others seeking to live original, self-directed lives.

Darlene is a popular conference speaker and workshop leader, and has worked as a corporate actor, facilitating complex business simulations.
After training with the Coaches Training Institute, Darlene began coaching in 1996. The following year she brought CTI north, producing the first professional coach training in Canada. Darlene was a founding member of the Toronto chapter of the International Coach Federation, and the Adler School of Professional Coaching (now Adler International Learning) training coaches and corporate leaders in North America and Europe. Third Generation Coaching is the natural evolution of her path.
Prior to becoming a coach, Darlene was Associate Registrar at McMaster University. She has also been a librarian, a college instructor and a freelance writer.
Jean Davies MBA PCC
Jean Davies is a dedicated trainer, coach, and mentor of professionals on the development track. Since 2002, she has been delivering professional certification training worldwide.
Over ten years with global educational publishing firms Harcourt and International Thomson, Jean polished her expertise in instructional design by creating and delivering hundreds of learning programs.
Ten further years in the management consulting profession with Infomart, DMR Group, and marchFirst saw Jean responsible for developing and delivering seminars and training sessions for Fortune 500 clients.
For Scotiabank Commercial Division, she co-developed and co-facilitated their Executive Coaching Skills program for the division’s 55 top executives, for which Scotiabank was awarded the prestigious Prism Award.
In 2009 Jean was adjudicator for the Prism Awards on behalf of the Toronto Chapter of the International Coach Federation. It was in taking this bird’s eye view of the evolution of coaching practice in the corporate and social sectors, that Jean crystallized her concept of third generation coaching. Partnering with Darlene Chrissley she took the concept into practice, with a program called Coaching Conversations for Power and Possibility, which mobilized a field force of almost one hundred professional coaches for a day of giving back to the community at Starbucks stores in downtown Toronto. This winning partnership continues with the launch of Third Generation Coaching.
Jean has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, she has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), and she is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
As a volunteer, she gives freely of her coaching and mentoring. She has been an official coach-mentor for both York University and Trent University, an accomplished Toastmaster trainer and mentor, and a volunteer at her local Distress Center Crisis Hotline.
